HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Unless otherwise noted in the product description, in-stock items are delivered within 7 to 10 business days of your order. You must accept the delivery within 24 hours of contact by the carrier team. If you are unable to accept, the order will be in danger of being returned and a 20% restock fee will apply as well as return shipping costs.
BACKORDERS
Backordered products have a minimum lead time of 16 weeks prior to being delivered.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
Smaller parcels will be sent via a small parcel carrier such as USPS or UPS or on occasion through our freight partner, depending on size. While a single bar stool may ship small parcel, a larger, single armchair may ship freight.
Curbside delivery is pre-scheduled with our freight partner and available in the contiguous 48 states. For orders shipping to Canada check out industrywest.ca.
EXPEDITED & WHITE GLOVE SHIPPING
White glove delivery is available upon request. Please contact our team via the help center for assistance. Our White Glove delivery service requires a separate freight carrier and additional fees.
- What if I need my order in a hurry?
Expedited delivery currently is not offered via our website. However, if you would like to inquire about the cost of expediting an order or white glove delivery, please email us at support@industrywest.com
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Your purchase will be brought to your residence at a pre-scheduled time and our freight team will bring your order to the curb. You will have to be at the destination to meet the driver. Your order will not be unpacked. You may be left with the shipping pallet. Your order may arrive in a crate.
NOTIFICATIONS
You will be contacted at least 36 hours in advance of delivery to schedule a drop-off appointment. You will also receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships, allowing you to keep tabs on your items’ estimated arrival. Evening and weekend delivery is not available. If you are unable to accept the delivery within 48 hours of contact, your order will accrue a storage fee of $150 per day until your order is delivered (including weekends).
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
If your order contains multiple items we will wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery fee and delivery date. If you would prefer to receive your items in multiple shipments, please contact our support team at support@industrywest.com and be sure to include your order number for reference. If a partial shipment is requested a 15% shipping fee will be applied to the items being shipped separately.
REVISING SHIPPING INFORMATION
We work hard to ensure your order is delivered on time. If an order’s shipping information needs to be revised post-purchase, or if the order needs to be redirected during transit, that order may incur a re-consignment fee of up to $200.
SHIPPING RATES
Industry West charges a flat 15% fee for all shipping.*
* Certain large items will also incur an additional $350 handling fee
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS
Industry West now has a full site dedicated to our Canadian customers! Shop in CAD, without any extra fees, duties, or taxes due upon delivery. No need for a broker or additional paperwork. Just shop and wait for your shipment to arrive!
RETURN POLICY
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise once it is received, verify counts, and report any damage that may have occurred during shipment. In the event of a quality issue, damage during transit, or a mis-ship, Industry West is happy to facilitate the shipment or replacement units, so long as we are aware of the issue within fourteen (14) days of the original delivery.
