What to do if the delivered product is not perfect:
- Get in touch right away! Call 800.382.9303 ext 3, write or reach out on chat. Time is of the essence here, as we must hear from you within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Take pictures of any damage.
- Email pictures, your name and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the product or situation is covered by our warranty, we’ll work together to get things sorted.
