The Industry West warranty applies to you, whether you purchase a sofa for your living room or 100 chairs for your new restaurant.

Covered

Industry West offers a five-year warranty to the original purchaser upon presenting proof of purchase. Within this five-year warranty period, Industry West will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product, part, or component that fails under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship.

The replacement or repair will be made with a comparable product, part, or component. To submit a claim, a written notice must be sent to support@industrywest.com within the warranty period and within fourteen (14) days of discovering the defect. Trade + Contract customers should send their inquiries to trade@industrywest.com. Photographs of the issue may be required to process the
warranty claim. This warranty is valid only for the original purchasers who bought the product directly from Industry West or its authorized resellers. Any misuse, abuse, or alteration of the product voids the warranty. The warranty period starts on the date of receiving product.

Exclusions

Natural variations in wood grain or figure, or the presence of character marks. Changes in surface finishes due to aging or exposure to light. Naturally occurring marks, scars, or wrinkles in leather. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear. Matching of colors, grains, or textures of natural materials.

Colorfastness or matching of colors of textiles, including exact matches to samples or swatches. Designs upholstered in COM (Customers’ Own Material). Damage, marking, or staining of veneer or painted surfaces from contact with rubber or similar compounds; improper use of cleaning products; damage from sharp objects or imprinting from writing instruments; or prolonged exposure to moisture, salt air, or direct sunlight. Discoloration of textiles and surface materials due to exposure to elements, soiling, stains, or dye transfer from clothing, including denim. Damage caused by storage or relocation of the product after initial delivery to the recipient. Accessories such as tabletop decor, art prints, wall shelves, mirrors, and ceramics.

Damage caused by using products in unsuitable environments, such as indoor items being used outdoors. Industry West will not warrant products exposed to extreme environmental conditions

Get in touch right away! Time is of the essence here, as we must hear from you within 14 days of receiving your product.

Take pictures of any damage.

Step 3

Email pictures, your name, and your order number to support@industrywest.com.
